Cancelation policies

At the time you quote either directly or indirectly. A pre-reservation will be generated in our calendar without generating any commitment. From this moment on, the client has a specific time of 48 hours prior to the activity to confirm it by paying 50%. The date will be released if an effective confirmation is not received after the stipulated time has passed (this may vary depending on availability).

If the client decides to cancel the service from the moment of contracting, (less than 72 hours) FANCY TOURS GROUP will return a percentage of 80% to the client and 20% corresponds to operational expenses that were previously used for optimal provision from service.

In the event that FANCY TOURS GROUP cannot provide the service due to some internal operation problem, we may propose another boat that we have available that meets the same characteristics of the initial boat.

In the event that Fancy tours S.A.S cannot provide the service due to some internal operation problem and there is no possibility of reassigning them to another vessel, 100% of the deposit made will be returned within a period of 7 business days.

Due to force majeure or a fortuitous event (sailing prohibition by maritime authorities), in this case 80% of the money is returned because the authorities’ prohibitions must be complied with.

In the event that the client decides to cancel the service due to weather conditions or other adverse situations, without any restrictions from the maritime or state authorities, FANCY TOURS GROUP will not refund the money.

In the event that the client takes the service less than 72 hours after its use and decides to cancel at the last minute, FANCY TOUR S.A.S. will not refund money under any circumstances.

In case of accidents (death) of any of the passengers, a 100% refund will be made within 5 business days, as long as they have proof and the reservation holder has been notified within the minimum time of 24 hours.

Reservation policies

To make the boat reservation effective, it is necessary to have made the deposit (50%) to the bank accounts of Fancy tours Group or deliver the cash to the authorized operator in order to safely have the requested date.

If a boat or motorboat type vessel was reserved for a group of people, the value of that tour corresponds to the same number of people and its value may also increase accordingly to the number of people. Therefore, these changes will only take place with a minimum of 3 days in advance, otherwise we do not guarantee the possibility of making this modification to your reservation.

For this reason, it is recommended that the client confirm and make the reservation when they are completely and absolutely certain of the number of people who will hire the service. If the number of people to reserve is different, the reservation would be reconsidered with the new price according to the new number of people. If the client makes a payment of less than 50% of the total value of the plan, we do not guarantee satisfactory development of the service, since the minimum to confirm the reservation is 50% of the total value of the reservation.

Once payment has been made, it is important to send the support to confirm the reservation.

It is essential to attach the holder’s data to generate proof of payment and proceed with the passenger list to authorize entry at the designated port.

Safety measures and recommendations

1. If your meeting point is at a specific location, you must arrive 15 minutes before the time established for boarding. Once the departure time arrives, the staff must be complete and the boat must leave with the people. present at the moment.
2. Comply with the orders issued by the DIMAR, as well as the instructions and safety measures issued by the company’s coordinator and crew, for the sake of health and life.
3. This experience is not recommended for pregnant women, people with reduced mobility and infants. If they decide to include themselves, they will be under the responsibility of their parents and/or family members.
