Failure to show up at check-in time may result in the loss of the tour.
Fancy Tours Cartagena reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to events held in the city or reasons of force majeure.
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions the client will be offered first to change the day and in case it is not possible, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
